1. Eligibility
Access to and use of this platform is restricted to:
- Current enrolled students of IIIT, and
- Verified alumni of IIIT
Users must provide accurate information during registration. False identity or misrepresentation will result in account suspension or termination.
2. Account Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and login credentials. Activity conducted through an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
3. Acceptable Conduct
Users agree to interact in a respectful, lawful, and ethical manner. All posts, comments, messages, shared files, and user-generated content must:
- Comply with local and international laws
- Reflect Islamic ethical values and respectful behavior
- Avoid harassment, defamation, discrimination, offensive language, or inappropriate content
- Refrain from spreading false information, rumors, or harmful content
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
Users must not:
- Upload, share, or store illegal, pirated, or confidential data
- Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or malicious activity
- Promote commercial goods/services without authorization
- Upload harmful code, malware, or attempt to interfere with platform functionality
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
5. Content Monitoring and Enforcement
IIIT reserves the right to:
- Review posted content
- Remove content that violates policies
- Suspend or delete accounts violating these terms
6. Data Privacy
User information is collected and processed to verify identity and provide services. Personal data will be handled in accordance with data-protection standards and will not be shared without consent unless legally required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content produced by IIIT (design, features, trademarks, etc.) is protected. Users may not use platform materials without permission. User-generated content remains the user’s responsibility.
8. Termination
IIIT may terminate or restrict access for violation of these terms, security concerns, or non-compliance with institutional policies.
9. Amendments
IIIT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform confirms acceptance of updated terms.
10. Reporting Violations
Users must report suspicious or harmful activity through the platform support channel.
